Mike Phillips Biography;

William Michael Phillips was born 29 August 1982 and is a rugby union player who plays at scrum-half. On 16 March 2013, he surpassed the record of 76 caps set by Dwayne Peel as the most capped scrum-half for Wales. He has now played 94 caps and 45 points up until his retirement in 2015. He was selected for four Rugby World Cups, 2003, 2007,  2011 and 2015, although he didn't play any games in the 2015 RWC.
