We know you'll love our signed memorabilia as much as we do. In fact, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, just return your item within 14 days and we'll issue a full refund, as per your consumer rights on distance selling. This excludes postage.
If it is passed 14 days, we will only accept returns if there is a dispute with regards the originality of the item and/or the signature. If it is proved to be inauthentic by an established auction house or UACC dealer held in high regard, then the original purchaser will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid for the item. Written notification from such person or establishment must be forwarded to us, along with the item in question. The item must be returned in its original condition and with all paperwork supplied with the item, including invoice. The item must be returned via a trackable and insured courier. Once received into stock, the refund will be processed. If there is any damage or deterioration of the original item, a deduction from the original price will be made.

- Call or email us before you send it back and we'll arrange the return delivery.
- If you are in the UK we will refund the cost of your purchase, excluding original and return shipping costs.
- If you are outside the UK you will be responsible for the payment of any taxes or customs charges incurred and of return postage.
Returning or exchanging an item that is faulty
If you receive an item that is in any way faulty, damaged, or unsatisfactory, then please contact us straight away to explain the problem.

We will then arrange for replacement, or if that is not possible, a refund. If the refund or replacement is due to an error on our part, we will bear all postage costs.
