The majority of the signatures were obtained at Arcs Urayasu Park on 29 October 2019 in Urayasu, Chiba, Japan, or during the 2023 RWC in France.
Faf de Klerk Biography;
François de Klerk was born 19 October 1991 and is known by his nickname Faf, is a South African professional rugby union player who currently plays scrum-half for Japan Rugby League One club Yokohama Canon Eagles and the South Africa national team. He has also played for the Soth African League teams, the Pumas and Lions aswell as Sale.
He was a member of the South Africa teams that won the Rugby World Cup in 2019 and 2023. He has won 54 international caps for South Africa to date and scored 50 points, and was part of the teams that won the 2019 and 2023 Rugby World Cups.
